A lovely review of Newboulds & Co following the recent sale of a client's home

After experiencing an unsuccessful marketing campaign with a local estate agent, this homeowner was recommended to us from a previous client of ours.

This homeowner had instructed a local estate agent to market their home at the beginning of July 2024. Unfortunately, it was an unsuccessful campaign and they terminated the contract at the beginning of October.

A family member suggested they try Newboulds & Co after we sold a property for them previously. We met, devised a marketing strategy and started our campaign on 7th October. We agreed a sale on 22nd October and the property completed in January 2025.

This highlights the importance of instructing the correct estate agent. It proves NOT all agents are the same and you don't simply just put a property on the internet and sell it.

We offer a Heads Up property search to our buyers. They set up their own search on our database and are notified of suitable properties before they are on Rightmove and Zoopla. Only motivated buyers would do this. Rightmove may reach millions of people a month but only a tiny percentage are actually looking to buy (similar to me as a regular visitor to Rolls-Royce website!).

We also have an exclusive buyer group on Facebook, again, this offers notifications of suitable properties before they are online. Only motivated buyers do this.

The homeowner mentioned above added the below to Google Reviews:

Excellent service from David & his team I would not hesitate using them again or recommending them to anybody. 10 out of 10 first class. Thank you

Technology is a part of our everyday lives, but what role does it play in the property industry? This article highlights the various ways that technology and AI can help you find your next home.

Selling a property can be long, tricky, and expensive, which can be made more difficult if you have to go through the probate process. Whilst it can be tempting to get an empty property sold as quickly as possible, probate could scupper your plans. Read this article to discover the best way to handle a probate property.

When browsing property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla or On The Market), many people wonder why some Shepperton homes linger on the market far longer than others. It’s easy to assume there’s something wrong - an issue with the property, an inflated asking price, or a lack of interest - but that’s not always the case.

Buying or selling a home is often one of the most significant transactions people make, yet the process in England and Wales remains frustratingly slow. You find the home of your dreams, you make an offer, it is negotiated, and a price is agreed. Yet once a sale is agreed, it takes an average of 118 days for legal completion to take place.
