Did you know Newboulds & Co is a family run business?

Newboulds & co have been trading since 2012 and have grown year on year to provide a director-led personal service to all our clients.

Barry and Leah, brother and sister, are originally from Cheshire before moving to Surrey. Barry, then a sales negotiator, introduced Leah to Estate Agency in 1997 as a trainee.

Fast forward 15 years and Newboulds & Co was established in 2012. The business has successfully grown ever since to cater for Residential Sales and Lettings, Property Management and Financial Services.

Leah heads the Lettings department, David Long joined as a Partner in 2018 to head the Sales department and Barry co-ordinates all check-ins and sales progression.

In 2025 we extended the family connection further. Leah's husband; Chad Newbould, a very successful estate agent in the local area since 1998 joined Newboulds & Co as a sales director. All four partners now bring you almost 90 years experience within the property sector. You won't find that local experience anywhere else.

You will only ever deal with one of the company directors when moving with Newboulds & Co.
