Edward Schoolheifer on Manygate Lane

Edward Schoolheifer on Manygate Lane

Having been fortunate enough to handle sales on this wonderful development, we have become rather fond of these homes and indeed the modernist movement

Our sales director, David Long, has always admired modernist architecture and is forever sharing modernist design with his colleagues and his wife on Instagram!

So, obviously he was delighted to carry out a market appraisal of an Edward Schoolheifer designed home in Manygate Lane. This was a home that was already on the market with a local agent and the owner was coming to the end of a rather unsuccessful marketing campaign.

David showed the owner examples of our professional photos, video tours and drones to really showcase a property. What the owner was most impressed with was the strategy to utilise social media to showcase their home to an audience that has an appreciation for the design. Their buyer was actually introduced to their property via a sneak peek on our Instagram account.

Since then we have also sold another Edward Schoolheifer home on Manygate Lane that was 'off market'. The property wasn't launched to the regular property portals, instead it was made active within our database of applicants specifically looking for this style home and also reaching to a targeted audience through our social media platforms.

If you have considered selling or letting a modernist designed home, we understand the importance of marketing. That doesn't mean take photos, put the property on Rightmove and wait for the phone to ring. We have proved that showcasing the property to an audience with a genuine interest in the modernist design, premium prices can be achieved.

We would be delighted to provide a market appraisal of your modernist home, you can book this here
