LIANNE CLARKE FITNESS - NEW SHEPPERTON BUSINESS

We meet Lianne Clarke to tell us about her new business that helps everyone become the best version of themselves. You may have seen her and clients at Littleton Recreational Ground for Lianne's excellnt Bootcamp sessions.

I have recently launched a fitness business that provides exciting local and online fitness options to fit around our busy lifestyles, in a fun and supportive way. 

My background includes working in some crazy and wonderful places, from working in a prison as a HR Manager to travelling around the world on cruise ships as a Brand Ambassador. As well as my passion for fitness, I love family life, travel, good food, red wine and coffee. 

My own fitness journey has inspired me to qualify as a Personal Trainer to help others feel amazing and be the best version of themselves. When you become a mum your priorities change and we often forget to prioritise our own health. I believe that fitness and nutrition are an amazing way to manage modern life demands both physically and mentally. I am happier, healthier and fitter than ever before. 

Here's an insight into the inspiration behind my branding;
GET LEAN - it is important to aim for a healthy weight. A healthy body mass index (BMI) is 18.5 - 24.9. Going over this increases risk of certain diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.
GET FIT - regular exercise is good for the heart, stronger muscles & bones to prevent injury, energy levels, brain health & memory, skin health, sleep quality and stress levels. All of which contribute to a happy and healthy lifestyle.
GET CONFIDENT - is all about the way exercising and good nutrition makes you feel. The mental health benefits of exercise make you feel amazing, gives you a positive mindset and brings out the best you! Alot of feel good chemicals are released. This results in feeling confident about ourselves.
Experiencing this through my own fitness journey, inspired me to share these amazing benefits that we don't receive enough education on. We all deserve to feel our best and live a happy and healthy life!
