New face mask policy from 19th July

New face mask policy from 19th July

From Monday 19th July there are changes to the Governments Covid restrictions in England. We have discussed what this means for our clients and our own safety.

In the interest of keeping the community safe, Newboulds & Co will continue to wear a face mask when we have visitors in the office and when we visit our clients property. We will continue to ask potential buyers/tenants to respect the decision, especially when visiting someone's home and wear a face mask too.

Your safety on viewings and when visiting our office is of the utmost importance.

The Renters’ Rights Act introduces the biggest changes in private renting in decades. This guide breaks down the facts landlords need now, including key dates and compliance steps.

As we enter a new year, many local homeowners are facing a familiar question. Should they bring their Shepperton home to market in January, or wait until the late spring?

Many Shepperton rental problems do not start with bad landlords or difficult tenants. In Shepperton, as in many towns and villages across the country, they usually start with good intentions and silence. Silence about rent reviews. Silence about maintenance. Silence about what happens when life changes.

Owned by the current family for over 40 years. This wonderful family home in Old Shepperton is proving popular and it hasn't even been launched yet!
