New outdoor gyms for 10 Spelthorne parks

In Shepperton, as in many towns and villages across the country, they usually start with good intentions and silence. Silence about rent reviews. Silence about maintenance. Silence about what happens when life changes.

Searching for the right home can be overwhelming. Use this practical checklist to stay organised, confident and ready to act when the right property appears.
