This week we speak to a vendor that agreed a sale on their home, but had great difficulty finding their next home. They ended up buying a property in their favourite road, that wasn't on the market.
Our client instructed us to sell their stunning home whilst they kept an eye on suitable properties to move to. We agreed a sale to a wonderful purchaser who understood our clients position and that they needed to find their next home. Our client searched and searched but there were not many properties coming to the market. They explained to us what they wanted from their next property and their favourite roads & areas.
We have recently celebrated our 10th anniversary at Newboulds & Co, you get to meet lots of clients and potential clients over a decade. We had sold a property a few years ago in our clients favourite road, we caught up with that owner and they had actually considered moving. We set up a viewing and the purchase was agreed.
