One point of contact from start to finish for selling your home is all you need!

One point of contact from start to finish for selling your home is all you need!

For years we have see estate agents claim 'UK's largest estate agency', 'Surrey's largest estate agency', so what is the benefit for the seller? Perhaps there isn't one.

All 3 of Newboulds & Co directors have worked for large corporate estate agents early on in their property careers, we are well placed to talk about the differences between corporate and independent estate agents.

When starting Newboulds & Co, customer service was, and still is our top priority. We have analysed what that really means for someone moving home. We have looked at every step of a seller and landlord's journey when selling/letting and built our business and processes around our clients journey.

We also limit the amount of properties we market at any one time so that we can continue to improve our clients experience. This business model is very different to our competitors, but we wholeheartedly believe in it and our clients reap the benefits.

Hi David & team!

I firstly apologise for this taking so long to be sent (it’s been a very busy few weeks since our move), but we wanted to thank both yourself and your team for being so brilliant to work with from start to finish!

When we first decided to sell our house we had two agencies come round, both of you valued the house the same, but my husband said to me “David seemed a really nice good guy” and you were that throughout the whole process, as well as very professional too.

We may not be in the area any more, but we will certainly recommend Newboulds to anyone we know looking to sell their property!

Thank you all again

When you have had your property on the market for a while, many sellers eventually face the same difficult decision: whether their asking price needs adjusting to reignite buyer interest. The reason why, over the past few years, the number of homes available across the TW17 postcode has increased significantly.

Over the last few weeks, there has been a growing narrative in the national press suggesting that the housing ladder is becoming increasingly difficult to climb. Much of this centres around the widening gap between smaller and larger homes, with many commentators suggesting that homeowners are becoming “stuck” and unable to move up.

If you are thinking about moving in the next 6 to 12 months, a market appraisal is often the best first step. It gives you a clearer view of value, timing and buyer demand, helping you plan with more confidence in a competitive 2026 market.

The Renters' Rights Act 2025 introduces significant changes for landlords, extending beyond Section 21. Part 3 establishes a national Private Rented Sector (PRS) Database and mandatory Landlord Ombudsman, fundamentally reshaping accountability and dispute resolution. Let's explore what these developments mean for you and your property investments.
