Property Photography & Videos

Marketing your home as effectively as possible. We use the very best photographers to provide photos, videos, drone photos and drone videos! Showcasing our clients homes across the usual property platforms, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube

Property photography should be considered crucial. It is the first contact your home makes with your buyer. Most buyers will not peek any further at your property if photographs fail to intrigue them, therefore professional photography is such an important element in your home’s marketing. Over 90% of buyers use the internet to help find their new home, so make your home stand out from the competition.

A professional photographer will see your home differently to you and even us. Let them use their expertise to show off your property to its fullest.

Before the photographer visits, we recommend the following:

Bedrooms: make all beds, clearing items of chest of drawers and other furniture

Bathrooms: remove all toiletries on basin, bathtubs, and showers

Kitchen: remove as much as possible from worktops, make sure all washing up is done and put away. If you have pets, remove all bowls for food and water.

Gardens and driveways: remove cars and bins from the driveway and washing lines from gardens as well as weeds

Drone photography and videos are a great option for certain properties and are an option when instructing Newboulds & Co to market your home. All videos we create you can find on our Youtube channel

We work with some amazing photographers, so please get in touch with any questions you may have about marketing your home.
