Sale agreed in 7 months!

Yes, you read that correctly. Estate agents love to make everyone aware of a sale that completes in 6 weeks, but lets face it - they don't all run smoothly.

The following comments are from a client who accepted an offer on their property at the beginning of October 2020 and finally completed the last week of April 2021.

'David was absolutely fantastic at selling our property. He kept us informed throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to chase various agents to ensure deadlines were met.

Thank you Newboulds for such a fantastic service!'

Our client experienced every emotion possible in their rollercoaster of a journey in selling their home. The lower chain fell through and a new buyer had to be found, the upper chain changed several times as people changed their minds on which property to purchase, mortgage offers expired. You name it - it happened.

But, they made it - everyone involved is in their new home. The teamwork between agent and client came through, communication in these transactions is crucial and it has to be crystal clear.

Estate agents are great at advertising how quick a sale went through, but don't worry if your sale and/or purchase isn't progressing at the speed of light - the majority don't. Great solicitors, estate agents and mortgage advisers have the experience to see the most challenging transactions through.
